"We wanted to identify with an organization that shares our values and philosophies; an organization based on giving back, transforming lives by providing new homes and a higher standard of living to individuals in the local communities.”A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT International is applied to its charitable fund.
EXIT Sponsors Dress for Success Fall Benefit
Realtors from EXIT LAKES REALTY in Wayzata helped host and sponsor the Dress for Success Minnesota Fall Benefit on Sept 26, 2007 at Northcoast Restaurant in Wayzata.
Wayzata locals were well represented at the benefit for Dress for Success, a charitable, national organization that helps empower women to build their self esteem to project a professional image and ultimately thrive in work and in life. The organization promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women through providing professional attire and the career development tools to help them succeed. The Benefit featured the Fall Collection from Bumbershute and jewelry by Designer Creations, just two of many sponsors that contributed to the evening’s event.
“It was an honor to be working side by side with other Wayzata business professionals as a part of this event,” explains Carson Brooks, broker and co-owner of EXIT LAKES REALTY. “I have attended other Dress for Success functions in New York; and, it is great to see more than 200 people supporting this program here. We can now serve women in our area through this noble organization. I was thrilled to hear from our Co-Chair Abby Badzin that over $10,000 have been collected to contribute to this effort.”
