To properly train and integrate the office staff and management in EXIT standards and systems in the shortest period of time.

Make the transition period an exciting rather than a complicated time

Provide expert guidance on ALL the tools available with EXIT and customize them to your needs.
After setting up numerous EXIT Realty
For the last two years, Karen has fined tuned the set up and opening process. There is not an EXIT office in the Region that has not utilized Karen’s expertise.
Some of the priority items include:
Leveraging the EXIT Tools
Set up and familiarization of the various EXIT Systems.
Training on all EXIT Tools.
Verification and filing of mandatory documents
Preparation of Resource Room and Intranet
Forms, manuals, and templates of policies and procedures and sales representative contract.
Validation of office layout and set up.
Plus:
Support via phone or email for the administrator post office opening
Quarterly, in-office follow-ups for the first year.
